Aura of Queen Elizabeth II

Aura of Queen Elizabeth II, originally uploaded by triblade84.

Malaysia Celebrates their independence day on the 31st of August every year. This year, I was fortunate enough to spend Independence day with my better half.

We headed up to Penang and had a BBQ/Merdeka party. Met alot of new acquintances.

And of course the after party was called for and we went over to Queen Elizabeth II club. As usual, I started slow shuttering things. And this was one that turned out really well.

Its the aura of the QE II emblum. Pretty cool huh?

DJ-MC @ Serena C's Birthday Party 2009

Happening DJ-MC, originally uploaded by triblade84.

This Shot was taken @ Plaza Mont Kiara On a Sunday Flea Market session. Was also to celebrate Our Favorite Radio Hostess Serena C's Birthday!

I happen to be there to showcase a Fleamarket Store, selling handmade soaps. Made of organic compounds that leaves your skin smooth and healthy.

But enough about marketing his store. Lets talk more of this picture. Over towards the stage area (In front of the fountain) was wear the Charity booths were held. Everything sold there would have a certain percentage donated to the Women's Organization.

And this guy jumping about was the host of the day 'lelonging' T-shirts, caps, practically everything. I guess it looks like he had no boundaries.

I like this picture cause he kinda suggests that he is a cool DJ. And the picture also tells what he is actually doing, well sorta with the "Cash Deal Only" sign in the background. hehe.

The expression of his face also projects his enthusiasm in his work or at least tries to project lol.

Lollipop Party!

Lollipop Party!, originally uploaded by triblade84.

Some 2 to 3 months back. An old friend from highschool got me to cover for a club in One Utama called Mardi Gras. One was for a Zonk Friday Night. And the other a Lollipop theme night.

I managed to get this shot a from the lollipop night.

I personally like the blend of colors it gives off. Plus it suits the theme of 'Lollipop'. And that the girl is really attractive :).

- Credits to Mardi Gras and the Freelancer to whom I didnt get the name. (will fill in the blanks when I identify her ^.^)

Lil Ryu and Chun-Li

Lil Ryu and Chun-Li, originally uploaded by triblade84.

The Gadget and Games Exibition was held last June 2009 at the Midvalley Convention Centre. Booths showcased Online Games, The PS3, GPS Trackers, Street Figther Games and many more gadgets and entertainments.

And amongst them were of course our favorite Freelance models and cosplayers.

This picture was of a series of shots taken when 'Chun-Li' started fixing the little kid's hair, looking as if Chun Li was grooming little Ryu. How sweet, don't you think?

Taken with a 50mm prime on a D90.

Travel Photography Singapore

Travel Photography Singapore, originally uploaded by triblade84.

Last Labour Day weekend, my colleagues and I headed down South to Singapore to take some pictures. (Which I shall post in my Travel blog very soon.

This picture right here I suppose would be the Best street shot of my Singapore trip. This was taken on May 1st, the first evening after checking into the hotel and heading to Boat Quay. While waiting for the sun down, we walked along the concrete shore that led towards a corner. Which is where we found this lady reading about the day's head lines.

A fantastic candid shot I must say. Of course we then asked her if we could take one of her facing us. Really friendly.
